For many years, Pro Fitness UK has been providing friendly, personal attention to its clients, helping them stay fit, active and healthy. We are here to help you reach all your health and fitness goals.

We Closely monitor your progress and record all changes.  Initially we will come to your home and go through a health questionaire, which will include taking various measurements and filling in a lifestyle questionaire all of which will be logged onto your personal chart so we can have a visual guide of your progress, this helps us and you to work out your goals as well as being able to see results and achievements. 

 

The measurements we take will include not only your body measurements but your heart and blood pressure, to make sure that your personalised plan is safe for your level of fitness.

 

A food journal will be left with you so we can find out what you really eat and drink and how we can help you to eat a more healthy and nutritious diet. Once this is established you will be given a personalised diet plan which will give you energy and make you look and feel at your best.  Each 4-6 weeks you will be re-evaluated to see how far you have come! And of course you will be Personally Trained!
